Speaker, I beg to move the following Procedural Motion:- THAT, pursuant to Standing Order 120, this House resolves to reduce the publication period of the Appropriation Bill (National Assembly Bill No.22 of 2016) from seven to four days. The reasons are fairly obvious. We have had a long budget-making process. The law ties our hands. We must have the law enacted into statute by the 30th June, 2016. Time is not on our side. I beg to move that this honourable House supports this Procedural Motion. I request the Leader of the Majority Party to second.
