    "content": "The spirit of the Constitution under Article 228(6) is that Parliament is required to be apprised every four months on the status of the budget implementation. It is my hope that the relevant reports that are submitted by the relevant offices and agencies to this House will be adequately informative and will be in form and format as per this Appropriation Bill. We expect that the programme output will be on the basis of all the reporting that is done to this House in days to come."
