    "content": "The Budget and Appropriations Committee and the Budget Office in the National Assembly have prepared the 2016/2017 Appropriation Bill which is before the House this afternoon for approval in order to facilitate the legislation of the 2016/2017 Budget. So it is important that this legislation is passed for the Government and for the President, in particular, to assent to this Bill, sign the warrants and give the Government a guaranteed implementation of next year’s Budget with effect from July, 2016."
