    "content": "Further, there has been a serious increase in tax, which has not been in tandem with public service delivery. It is important that KRA widens its tax bracket so that more money can be brought into the loop to make sure that service delivery is enhanced. The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology was given sufficient funds in the Budget. I request them to emphasise on low cost boarding schools in arid and semi-arid lands (ASAL), where we have many students herding animals. They do not have people to stay with in sedentary lives.
