    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving me a chance to support this Bill. As Legislature, we should make sure that taxation is well applied in the service of our people. We need to demand every ministry or Government agency which gets money from our budgetary allocations, to give us tangible targets that we can measure at the end of the financial year. For example, they must tell us how they will contribute towards the improvement of the economy, and how many employment opportunities they will create for our youths, who have completed their studies and are idle in the countryside."
