    "content": "We should look at that issue in the Supplementary Budget. We must empower the Members of the National Assembly to execute their mandate. Some funds have been allocated to the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology. That is not enough. There is a deficit of 85,000 teachers in our country. The amount of money we have allocated to that Ministry can only employ 5,000 teachers. So, we will continue to have a deficit of 80,000 teachers in the country. We need to look into how we can increase that allocation, and improve the staffing of teachers in our schools."
