    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I also wish to congratulate the House for passing this Bill despite the deadlock we had last week. I clearly state that we wish to access the services and resources of this nation, as Kenyans so that our people can be served at both the national and county government levels. As much as we have some issues with the courts and the counties, we must agree that the nation is one and that the citizens must be served properly. Like my brother said, the Cabinet Secretary (CS) of the National Treasury should move with speed and disburse the funds so that wananchi can be served properly. Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker."
