    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I also want to join Hon. Ng’eno in thanking the House for passing this important Bill. With the passage of this Bill, the county assemblies will be able to move to the next level and approve budgets of the county governments. With this Bill, each county government knows how much has been allocated to it. This Bill will ensure that proper budgeting is done at the county level and that will help in implementation. Just as we say at the national level, I think the challenge is in implementation of the Budget. I think both levels of government need to take implementation seriously. Thank you."
