Listening to the previous speakers, the most important aspect of ratifying this Protocol is that we will move to have it within our laws and appreciated within our constitutional framework in Article 2. I am looking at the Articles the Protocol is in line with particularly on sharing and access to information across the countries. The fact that Rwanda has already ratified the Protocol gives us an indication that we should move towards that direction.
