    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I was not running away, but waiting for the one minute. I want to support this Motion because certain things are very clear. The ecological arrangement of places in this region is fairly similar. Our borders have a lot of similarities in stations on either side whether you are between Tanzania and Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania or Tanzania and Burundi. When we are in a situation where some of our sister countries have gone ahead and ratified this and we are behind, it is something that we need to look into. I know many times when Kenya leads in doing certain things, there are all manner of questions and suspicion.
