It seeks leave of the House to extend the period within which to consider the petition filed by one citizen, Barasa Nyukuri for the removal of the nine commissioners of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), by a further 10 days after 30th June 2016. That is the proposal by the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs."
