"content": "As I stand to contribute on the Statement that has been made by Hon. Ichung’wah, it is important to know, as a country, that we have very many unresolved murders up to date. It is of great concern when one Member of Parliament (MP) speaks about his life. He has spoken about the militias that have come up, especially when we are approaching elections. We have militias in Busia and Mombasa. We will have militias everywhere especially when we are approaching the election period. So, it is an issue that should be taken seriously and that Petition should be looked into by the concerned Committee as fast as possible."
