Speaker, I beg to move the following Motion:- THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade on the Vetting of Nominees for Appointment to the Privatization Commission, laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, June 28, 2016, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 5 (1)(d) of the Privatization Act, approves the appointment of the following persons as Members of the Privatization Commission:- 1. Amb. Boaz Kidiga Mbaya; 2. Mr. Wilfred Sang; 3. Mr. John Boru Halake; 4. Ms. Faith Chepkemboi Bett; 5. Mr. John Joseph Tito; 6. Mr. Mohamed Suraw Isaak; and, 7. Ms. Zipporah Mukoruru.
