    "content": "On Tuesday, 14th June 2016, you brought the names to the Floor of the House. Pursuant to that, we proceeded to the next stage, which was calling the nominees to appear before the Committee. Section 5(1) of the Privatisation Act, as I have already said, obligates the Cabinet Secretary of the National Treasury to nominate seven members who are not public officers and approved by the relevant committee of Parliament by virtue of their expertise in such matters as will ensure that the Commission achieves its objectives."
