    "content": "I do not want to belabour much because my Chairman has already done it but I request the nominating authorities of these commissions to look across the board to have a national outlook when they nominate. All the nominees were qualified but there was a small air of feeling that we did not look across the country despite the small number of nominees. All in all, they were all qualified and once this House passes the Motion, they will do a good job for this country."
