    "content": "My advice as Hon. Gumbo has said, is that it is important to get the names of members of other commissions. At the end of the day other regions which have not yet served can have an equal opportunity to serve. This is the national Government and we need to set a good example to the county governments. If things are happening like this at the national level, then we expect chaos at the county level. My proposal is that in future when there are appointments like this, for instance, we have seven positions, we should go back to what we used to call provinces. Look at them simply and give, at least, a position to each province and that will settle all these problems. Apart from the fact that the face of Kenya has not been reflected, I want to agree with the Report to the extent that the qualifications and experience this people will bring is quite okay.
