    "content": "I wish to recommend the names for approval by this House. I want to make a comment on the question of regional balance. I quite agree with the House, but let us address the issue in the relevant Committee of National Cohesion led by Hon. Sakaja. The Competition Authority is a serious Authority as Kenya is increasingly becoming a financial and business hub. The role of the Competition Authority will become increasingly more important as we will need to regulate the market. We need these people to take up their positions, so that the questions which have been raised before can be answered. The EABL, Keroche Breweries, BAT and Mastermind Tobacco Limited are real. We need a regulator who will ensure fair play in the market and ensure that no person put up road blocks on small business companies."
