    "content": "It is not for any reason that we are one of the only two countries in the world with an Article speaking to national values and principles of governance such as inclusivity. If you look at all the Chapters relating to public appointments and resource distribution, ethnic and regional balance is a requirement for whatever body you are constituting whether it is in state security organs or whatever level of Public Service. We cannot continue with the situation the Chair of the Committee is purveying before us, that you do not give the names that will enable us to place people to confirm those national constitutional ideals."
