Let us not turn the House into a House of propagating ethnic politics. This should be a House of uniting the nation. Hon. Mwinyi, you were elected to come and use the microphone and not to heckle. You have just been heckling yet you have a card. You should use your card to make your points. You are fasting and you are heckling. Do not wait for Hon. Jakoyo to speak for you.
