    "content": "Dangerous Bills come to the House which are normally moved by my good friend, the Leader of the Majority Party. He targets when many Members have gone to Committees and slips them in and then with the chorus of Noes and Ayes, he gets a faint sound of Ayes and they are passed. We later realise the NG-CDF and the Government bursary have been removed. This makes us suffer. I want Members to vote with their mind. Look at the debate and do not bring cheap names. We are in Africa and we know leadership in Africa is about a leader taking it on. It is time for the Jubilee people. Their ruling mantra is Jubilee and they said it during the campaign."
