    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I wish to rise under Standing Order No.57. With your permission, I wish to read the Standing Order. It says:- “After the question has been proposed on a Motion, the Motion shall be deemed to be in the possession of the House and cannot be withdrawn without leave of the House.” Listening to what the Minister has clearly stated, I would wish to ask the hon. Member who moved the Motion to move: - THAT, the Motion be withdrawn from the House."
