    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 114 of the Bill be amended in – (a) subclause (1) by inserting the words “or the county executive committee member responsible for fisheries, as the case may be” immediately after the words “the Director-General”; (b) subclause (4) by inserting the words “or the county executive committee member responsible for fisheries, as the case may be” immediately after the words “the Director-General” The purpose for this amendment is to enable the county and national Government to appoint inspectors to carry out inspection and ensure conformity with the standards in existing legislations in respect to the functions that we have given to the county governments regarding recreational and subsistence fisheries."
