    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 3 be amended- (a) in paragraph (a) by deleting the words “the women” appearing immediately after the words “rights for” and substituting therefor the words “every person”; (b) by deleting paragraph (b); (c) by deleting paragraph (c) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph- (c) create an enabling environment for the reduction in maternal morbidity, child morbidity and child mortality rate; (d) in paragraph (d) by deleting the words “women and children” appearing immediately after the words “services to” and substituting therefor the words “every person”.
