    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 5 be deleted and substituted with the following Clause- 5. (1) The County Governments shall ensure availability of information and education on natural family planning methods. (2) Every health care provider prescribing a contraceptive method shall provide relevant information to the person to whom the prescription is being given as to its advantages and disadvantages and ensure informed consent. (3) A health care provider who provides family planning services shall collate relevant data and forward it to the board under the cover of confidentiality The purpose is to include natural family planning as a family planning option. It seeks to cater for people whose beliefs or religion and health do not allow the use of contraceptives as a family planning option."
