    "content": "My comment is to support the Petition by Hon. Tim Wanyonyi, my very good friend. In light of what many Members have said and in view of what I said in this House yesterday, it is important to note that many of the militia gangs that I was speaking about are domiciled in our universities. It is not just in Nairobi, but in all university campuses across the country. I expressed concern yesterday that one of the gangs called “Gaza” is a militia group recruiting students from as low as Class Six to high school. It is not a coincidence that you have seen the kind of things happening in our schools in Kisii and elsewhere in this country. Therefore, it is important that even as the two Committees look into these issues, they also look into the issue of the proliferation of militia gangs in our universities."
