    "content": "The other one is nomination of persons by political parties. The last time we held the first elections in our new Constitution, it brought a lot of problems. The people did not know the time the political parties were going to nominate and give their lists. Clause 9 brings clarity on when nominations will be taken to the Commission. This will go a long way to manage our nominations."
