    "content": "THAT, the matter in respect of which this Petition is made is not pending before any court of law. Therefore, your humble Petitioners pray that the National Assembly, through the Departmental Committee on Lands: (i) makes appropriate recommendations and ensures that the plight of the Petitioners is addressed. (ii) makes any other order or direction that it deems fit in the circumstances of the case; and, (iii) investigate the circumstances under which the same boundary of Meru National Park was extended by one kilometre into the adjudication section in the year 2000 and that land was encroached by the park. Your humble Petitioners will forever pray."
