    "content": "Yes, Hon. Deputy Speaker. Before I comment on the Petition, I had a point of order touching on the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NGCDF). I wish to request that we have a ruling on this. We have a stalemate whereby since the NGCDF was reinstated, the reallocation made by Members of Parliament has been one of the agendas in the meetings of the CDF Board."
