I thank all the Members for supporting the Bill. Like my colleagues have said, I wish the effects are felt by farmers when the Bill will finally become law. We will make the calculations to see the benefits. Authorities like Kenya Sugar Directorate and the rest that are concerned should ensure that we see the reduction after the calculations are made."
