    "content": "We are losing the lake. We are losing Lake Turkana and so many other water bodies. In River Tana alone there is a lot of mudfish, which should be nurtured. The people living there do not even know the value of the mudfish they have. We have a lot of markets in the Congo for the catfish. We do not even need to go outside Africa. However, all this is neglected. So, I want to urge this House to support this Bill because we need the resources."
