    "content": "All things were done in the last seven years and were not completed. They were abandoned. It is very unfortunate that the Government cannot get the contractors that were supposed to finish these things for purposes of having them used by the communities or by the fishermen. This is happening in a manner that we can easily conclude has been very deliberate. The Government has not been keen on the fishing sector. I believe that the sector is now dead. There is no stock in the lake and there is no attempt to restock it. It is dirty and the hyacinth is all over. Even the attempt by the Government one time to clean the lake off the Hyacinth either failed, ignored or nobody talks about it anymore. I remember we were breeding beetles at one time for the purpose of a biological attempt to clean the hyacinth in the Lake. It did not go anywhere. Nobody tells anybody whether it failed or not yet we had investment that went to it. We need to conclude that we do not need to invest in this economy such that the Government takes alternative attempts to use the lake waters for different purposes other than fish."
