    "content": "What has been happening is that our fishermen remain peasant farmers when we know very well that the economy cannot grow with peasantry only. We know that what makes an economy grow is some investment to improve the level of people’s income from low or small to middle income earners. This can never happen when the economy that is supposed to move these people is dying or is dead."
