    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, we speak with a lot of bitterness because as I speak, 60 per cent of fish processing factories in Homa Bay, a county that I represent have closed down. There is no more fish processing. Those jobs are gone. Where will our people turn to? Where are they expected to go and to which Government? Is this Jubilee Government listening or we are too Opposition to be listened to? Those are questions that must be answered."
