    "content": "In light of the reported court order, what is the fate of our Standing Orders, in particular the disciplinary procedure set out under Standing Order Nos.107 and 112? Standing Order Nos.107and 112 are made pursuant to Article 124(1) of the Constitution. I would like to read it out for the benefit of Hon. Members:- “124(1) Each House of Parliament may establish committees, and shall make Standing Orders for the orderly conduct of its proceedings, including the proceedings of its committees.”"
