    "content": "On the first, our Standing Orders say that the National Assembly, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 124 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kenya, by a resolution passed on 9th January, 2013, adopted these Standing Orders and the House of Parliament Joint Sittings Rules. I happened to be in the 10th Parliament. Does the court order suspend the Standing Order? We need to know. In light of the reported court order, what is the fate of our power to make Standing Orders?"
