    "content": "Thirdly, I want to bring your attention to Article 117(2) of the Constitution. This Article empowers Parliament, for purposes of orderly and effective discharge of its business. It provides for the powers, privileges and immunities of Parliament, its committees, the Leader of the Majority Party, the Leader of the Minority Party, Chairpersons of Committees and Members of Parliament generally. This is the Article that our privileges are anchored in for the orderly and effective discharge of business."
