What if a member stabs another member or commits crime? What if another member comes with an object and hits the Speaker? Hon. Speaker, everywhere in the world, there is the principle of objects and elements of separation of powers among the three arms of government. This is anchored on a certain principle that one person in one arm of government should not form another arm of government. They cannot be in the Judiciary and at the same time be in the Legislature.
