    "content": "The core of this matter is “orderly conduct of business”. Do we as a House want to conduct business in an orderly way? If we do, we should appreciate that we want to conduct business in an orderly way. Because courts have their way of conducting business within the chambers, no Member of this House can ever interfere with the conduct of orderly business in court. That is why when I got to court to listen to cases, I do not sit on the bench where other learned counsel like Hon. Olago sit or on the magistrate’s bench."
