Speaker, I like your ruling but I hope we will be faithful to that ruling, and you will overrule anyone who will purport to bring discussion on riots by university students and killing of demonstrators if they have not brought the demonstrators into the House. It is in light of that that I thought since they are lawyers who were speaking and you agreed with them, this is a very serious precedent and we will go by it. At a meeting that we held this morning of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs, we noted with a lot of sadness the things that happened last week. This is the Committee that oversees the Judiciary and the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) who are concerned with the prosecution of criminals and adjudication. The following statement was unanimously approved by the Committee."
