    "content": "This panel has only three women out of a possible 14 Members, which is already a contravention of the Constitution. This Joint Select Committee must be given very clear terms of reference. They must know what they will do. For example, they will not deal with the IEBC issue because that is already with the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs.
