"content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker, for giving me an opportunity to support this very important Motion. I disagree with Hon. Waiganjo on several issues. The main spirit of the Constitution is to build a united Kenya. Consensus has been built by the leadership of Parliament and by that of the country, so that by the time we got this Motion, it had been negotiated through intermediaries who wish Kenya well. The election issue is very emotive. Free and fair elections are key. That is one of the mandates under (c) which states that:- The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor."
