We have been generous in terms of allowing whoever--- So, the statement should be present but to a limit, so that when they are not always available, then the statement will proceed, whether the Member is present or not because we take all statements to be the property of the House. To me, that seems to be a good practice which should continue. Obviously, on this particular matter, you can be sure that it is a matter of immense public interest. So, we will give the Senator one more chance and the same will be given by Tuesday. The only thing I did not know and the Chair did not say it was that the previous preceding officer had given one more chance. Since I have made the ruling, I cannot reverse my own ruling for no apparent good reason. So, we will still do it. If there will be another presiding Chair on Tuesday, remind him that you are given up to Tuesday as the last day to issue the statement. The responsibility is on you."
