You need some kind of certification. The second point he has made which I also agree with is on the issue of child labour. I agree fully that child labour is prohibited. It is even illegal under the Employment Act. Perhaps, we will discuss it at the Committee Stage. I welcome an amendment even for the removal of this section which is superfluous in the first place.
