    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I thank you for giving me this opportunity. I thank the Senator for Kakamega for bringing this Petition to this House. It is not only Isiolo which has started leasing game parks. Samburu County is in the process of bringing a similar Petition to this House. I support that Petition. I encourage the people of Kenya to participate fully in the use of their natural resources. Mr. Speaker, Sir, with those few remarks, I beg to support."
