"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the 2009 census was disputed. In fact, the matter went up to the High Court and the Court of Appeal. Could we be guided on whether it is the raw data that was archived from the field or what the former Minister, Hon. Oparanya called the “smoothened”? Is it the “smoothened” or is it the data containing the decisions of the High Court, Court Of Appeal and Supreme Court? We need to be guided because the document is now going to be public. The public must know what they are consuming. The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor, Senate"
