    "content": "I agree that this matter was pending in court and the court determined in favour of the persons who had challenged the census in various places. Directions were given to the court, but they cannot amend this document. But it provides an opportunity for any Senator or person who is interested to then move for this document to be changed by the persons who have prepared it. For purposes of our basis, it lays a foundation for the things that I am talking about. Thank you."
