The Question that I drafted was directed to the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance. That is where the Office of the Clerk forwarded the Question, but the answer is coming from the Ministry of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security. The Question touches on procurement which is under the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance. I wonder why the Question is being answered by the Ministry of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security."
