The time is short and the Committee must be able to finish its work in the shortest time possible so that the elections are not affected. I, therefore, beg to move that we continue with the debate to allow everybody to express themselves until when we exhaust this agenda before we adjourn so that we do not push it to tomorrow. I also request the guidance of the Chair in the same context that each speaker can be given five minutes so that all the speakers can have an opportunity. I beg to move and I request Sen.
