    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this Statement was a subject of debate in this House last week. My Chairman was eager to issue the Statement but then, Sen. Mbuvi who requested for it was not in. You ruled that the Statement be issued today. I wish to report back to this House that I have the Statement. We had a meeting as a Committee this morning to look at it and many other issues. We decided that we will not issue this Statement in the form in which it is at the moment. There are a few grey areas and questions that have not been answered directly as requested by the Senator. Therefore, we request that we be given one more week so that we can get the answers to questions one and two; the list of beneficiaries, identification card numbers and the directors of companies that may have benefited from this compensation. I, therefore, seek your indulgence that we reschedule this Statement for next week because of the reasons that I have just given."
