    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Riara Group of Schools – I congratulate you and Sen. Adan – is one of those schools that started in the 1980s in my neighbourhood. In fact, they refused to admit me at some point. However, if there is one example of why education is important when it is properly managed, then it is this school. We must congratulate the founder of Riara Group of Schools, Dr. Eddah Gachukia. This school is an example of schools in general that have gone all the way to university and you never hear of unrests; only good performance. I join my colleagues in wishing well this Group of Schools together with its founder. I hope that the national Government can borrow a leaf from Dr. Gachukia. If our schools were managed in the manner that the Riara Group of Schools is managed, we would not have students burning schools, consuming drugs or generally being a bad example of what secondary schools should be."
